These are increased exposure and traffic. 88% of all social media marketers and advertisers have shown that generating more exposure for their businesses via their social media has increased their website traffic significantly.
Most marketers (69%) are now using social media to develop loyalty and trust between them and the consumer. Here are key insights from a social media marketing report:
- Improved Sales
More than half of marketers who’ve been using social media for more than 2 years report that it has helped them improve sales.
- Increased Exposure
From this report social media marketers (91+ %) mentioned that increasing exposure to 6 hours per week on social media will see a significant increase for generating brand awareness for their company.
- Grew Business Partnerships
Social media will not only increase your popularity between customers but also through other companies & business. More than half of marketers who invested as little as 6 hours per week were able to build new partnerships.
- Generated Leads
69% of all marketers were able to achieve leads this year through their social media platforms.
- Increased Traffic
For marketers who have been using social media for a year or more 61% of them have seen an increase in traffic to their social media pages as well as their websites.
Time invested makes a difference. Of those spending at least 6 hours per week 71% found benefit to developing a loyal customer base. Generally, B2C marketing is much easier to develop a following and interact with consumers. This year 72% of marketers were able to add to their likes and followers. Whereas only 64% of B2B marketers were able to do this.
